Booking Appointments

To book your appointment at Hello Blonde Hair Co you can either book online via our website or call/text us on 0488 110 126. We will require your first and last name for your appointment booking along with your best contact number.

Not sure what you want to have done? Book in to see us for a $50.00 consultation ($50.00 is redeemable on products or future services). We can ensure you are booked for the correct services and offer you an exact quote.

If you are booking in for Hair Extensions, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The cost of the deposit will be advised upon consultation. Your appointment will not be secured until Hello Blonde Hair Co. has received the transfer receipt or in-person payment. The deposit will be redeemed against your service on the day of your appointment.

Any cancellations or changes to the appointment must be communicated with more than 24hrs notice. No shows, late cancellations OR late changes to your appointment with less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Full details can be found under the Cancellation Policy.

Paying a Deposit (selected services only)

When booking an appointment that requires a deposit (such as hair extensions), we will text you Hello Blonde Hair Co’s bank details which the deposit will need to be transferred into. Once we have received a copy/screen shot of the transfer receipt, your booking will be secured. The deposit will be redeemed against your service cost on the day. Please ensure you use your name as the reference when making the bank transfer.

Payment Options

We currently offer payment via EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer, Afterpay and ZipPay. Sorry we do not accept American Express.

Cancellations Policy

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. If the appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you have booked a service which required a deposit (such as hair extensions) your deposit will be moved to your next appointment booking if you have advised us within the required timeframe minimum of 24hrs notice. If you have not provided us with 24hrs notice your deposit will not be refunded.

We will send you a text reminder to confirm your appointment 48hrs prior to your appointment. This will give you enough time to cancel/reschedule if you need to. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment simply reply to the text or give us a call. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure you respond to the booking confirmation text which you will receive 48hrs prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation.

No shows will not be rebooked and will no longer be offered any future appointments here at Hello Blonde Hair Co.


We do our best to run on time for all of our clients. Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments are often booked back-to-back so please be on time out of respect for the client who is scheduled after you. If you are running late, please be aware that we may need to cancel or shorten your appointment. If you miss your appointment or we have had to cancel it due to late arrival you may be charged the $50 cancellation fee.


We want to provide our guests with a seamless and luxurious experience. As a busy salon, we are unable to accommodate for extra guests/plus ones during your appointment due to limited seating.


To ensure the health of our team and our valued clientele we adhere to a strict sickness policy. If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment with 24hrs notice. If you attend your appointment and are visibly unwell, we reserve the right to turn you away. We want to avoid the spread of illness within our salon to our staff and guests.

Treatment Preparation


  • Please arrive with unwashed hair (hair should have been washed 1-2 days prior to appointment)
  • Bring photos for inspiration if you are looking to have a complete change. This will help your hairdresser understand what you are wanting to achieve.


  • Please arrive with clean hair free from any product. This includes serums, hair spray, heat protection sprays, leave in treatments etc.
  • Ensure you have not had any chemical treatments such as Keratin as this can create a barrier on the hair and could affect the adhesion of the tape and cause slippage.

Return & Resolve Policy

We want all of our clients to leave HBHC happy and excited about the result of their hair. If you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know immediately prior to leaving the salon. On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your hair after leaving the salon, we offer a one week Return & Resolve Policy. Please make contact with us by calling or texting 0488 110 126 with the details of your concern. We will then arrange a time for you to return to the salon for a consultation to assess your hair in person. Please do not attend another salon to have any other treatments/colour applied to your hair prior to our team assessing your hair. Once your concerns have been assessed we will offer you the best possible path to resolve your issues.
